Does it include parts and repairs?

No. The Plan covers the service visit and inspection. If we spot a fault that needs a part, we quote it separately and you decide. No hidden bills.

Is this a subscription?

Not at launch. You pay once, you get the full visit, you get a reminder next year. We may offer a multi-year version later — for now it’s a single annual fee.

Will this keep my boiler warranty valid?

Yes. The service is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer (registration 972035) to manufacturer specification, and you get the paperwork to prove it.

When is the best time of year to book?

Late summer and early autumn. The boiler has been off all summer, and it’s the last chance to catch a fault before the cold hits. We’re busiest in October and November — book ahead.
