How quickly will I get a response?
I aim to reply to every quote request the same day, whether you call, text or WhatsApp. If I can't answer a call during working hours, I'll ring you back as soon as I can, usually the same day.
What information do you need for a quote?
Tell me what work you need, where you are, and anything you know about your current setup (boiler make and model, age of the system and so on). Photos really help, so send them on WhatsApp. For larger jobs like boiler installations, I may come out for a free home visit.
Is there a charge for quotes?
No. All quotes are free and no-obligation. For most jobs I can quote over WhatsApp from a description and a couple of photos. Boiler installations and larger projects may need a quick home visit, which is also free.
Can I book a slot directly?
Yes. If you already know what you need, go to my book online page and message me with the day you'd prefer. I'll confirm the slot.
