How do I book a time?
Call, text or WhatsApp me. Tell me what work you need and I'll come back with the next free slot. For larger jobs like boiler installations, I may come out for a free home visit before booking the work in.
Do you charge for call-outs?
For repairs, the call-out and diagnosis are included in the repair cost. I'll always give you a fixed price before starting any work.
How quickly can you come out?
For routine work, I can usually book you in within a few days. For emergencies, I aim to come out the same day where I can. Send me a WhatsApp message to check when I'm free.
What payment methods do you accept?
I take cash, bank transfer and card. Payment is due when the work is finished.
Do you offer finance for boiler installations?
